What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We support a variety of shipping methods including FedEx and UPS. We have gone to great lengths to offer our customers the maximum possible amount of flexibility to our customers, and so all of these options are presented to before the checkout process is completed.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Short answer, yes. We ship internationally to all countries covered by FedEx and UPS. Please refer to the following links for a detailed list of countries covered by our supported services:

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

How long it takes to get your product(s) will depend on the shipping method you select during checkout. This can range from 2-3 days for the United States, to 10 – 20 days for international shipping.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Currently, we only support Paypal. The good news however is that Paypal itself allows you to purchase goods and services through their platform (without an account) using any internationally accepted credit or debit card. 

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Yes. 

ORDERS AND RETURNS

How do I place an Order?

To place an order on Debugged, simple browse our store for an item that catches your fancy, and touch/click the ‘add to cart button’. After you have done this, simply navigate to your shopping cart select your shipping method, and touch/click the ‘Proceed To Checkout’ button.

After this, you will be taken to a page that will ask you to fill out you billing and shipping details. Fill out the form as completely as you can, and click/touch the ‘Proceed To Paypal’ button to complete your order.

If your order was places successfully, you will receive an message (at the email address you provided) with your order details and status. 

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Order cancellations/changes are handled on a case by case basis. In order to make a request to change/cancel your order, you can send us a request on though the form on our  ‘Get in Touch’ page, or send us an email at sales@debugged.me

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need an Debugged account to place an order, however we do suggest that you sign up before making a purchase.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once an order is made, you will be immediately notified (via email) with the order number, status and details. You will also be updated (via email) as the status of your your order changes throughout the fulfillment process.

How Can I Return a Product?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received. Return requests can be sent through the form on the ‘Get in touch’ page,  or to sales@debugged.me
